IRIS - versicolor 'Rowden Melody'. Pale blue with a white signal overlaid with lemon yellow. 1 ½ ft. I - - 'Rowden Pastorale'. Deep violet blue rounded falls. Styles have a distinct darker smokey rose rib. 2 ½ ft. I - - 'Rowden Refrain'. Large flowers of a deep claret red. Big white signal overlaid primrose yellow. 2 ½ ft. I - - 'Rowden Sonata'. Narrow pinky mauve falls with a large white signal having a bright yellow centre. Standards same as falls. Style greyish white. Very unusual colouring. Strong and very floriferous. I - - 'Rowden Symphony'. Large flowers with dark violet shield shaped falls, and a large clean white signal. The standards are a paler violet purple heavily veined darker. Styles white tinged lilac. A good strong grower. 2 ½ ft. I - - 'Rowden Waltz'. Very deep magenta diamond shaped falls. White signal heavily overlaid yellow with magenta veining. Standards pale magenta with darker veining and the style is white with a deep magenta rib. A most eye catching plant . 2 ½ ft. I - - 'Silvington'. A very delicate and beautiful plant with smokey blue long narrow falls, white signals with acid yellow at the throat . Standards are large the same blue as the falls. Style long bluey white. 2 ½ ft. F - - shrevei . A dainty little iris with very flared and narrow falls of light red purple. White signal with heavy purple veins. The standards are narrow and pinky purple, the style is similar but very long. 2 ft. E - - - 'Dottie's Double'. This is the only double flowered form so far in the whole I. versicolor range. The six "petals" fan out like a small cartwheel and are a curious pinky violet with yellow signals. Quite impossible to describe!. 2 ft. H - - x ensata 'Oriental Touch'. Clear violet mauve with a small narrow white signal, standards pinky violet, style short and pale violet. A most interesting hybrid from the USA . 1 ½ ft. G
- virginica. Another North American water Iris that likes similar conditions to I.versicolor above. However, most tend to be somewhat taller and have broader leaves. The species itself is very varied and comprises a number of geographical races. We only stock cultivars. A recommended Planting Depth is 6 ins. - - 'Pond Crown Point'. Very pointed bright blue falls with a buttercup yellow signal. The standards are blue and the style is white with a pink and blue rib. 3 ft. E - - 'Pond Lilac Dream'. This has very pale lilac falls heavily veined darker violet. The signal is a bright chrome yellow and the standards are the same colour as the falls. Style white. A most attractive and distinctive plant. 2ft. E - - 'Purple Fan'. White flowers very heavily overlaid with violet-blue veining giving a hazy-blue impression. Chrome -yellow signal. Black stems to flower spikes and deep purple flush young leaves make this very distinctive. F - - x robusta 'Gerald Darby'. This vigorous iris has tall branching purple black stems which carry many blue flowers with large golden signals in May and June. 4 ft. E - x robusta 'Mountain Brook'. Deep rich blue falls, small white signal, overlaid deep chrome yellow at the throat. The falls are long, narrow and widely spaced . The standards are deep blue violet, styles pale blue. This magical plant has dark blackish stems as well and also scented flowers! 2 ½ ft. F
