January and February

There is nothing to be done until at least March/April depending on the weather. Except do remember that frogs often spawn during February so make sure they have access in and out of your pond.

When the weather and the water have warmed up a bit will be the time to get going on planting and dividing your existing plants.

Use this time to list new acquisitions and plan for any changes you might want to make later.
